Generate ID Load Sheets that can be sent to SSPs:
- Request IDs with the slots/placements configured
- Upload the IDs to HTL BID
Downloading the file
To download ID Load Sheets for the HTL BID UI
- Navigate to the “Ad Configuration” > “Slot Setup” screen
- Click the Download button at the top right
- Select “ID Load Sheet”
Selecting the SSPs
- Select which SSPs will be included in the file, click Next
- Leave all selected fields as they are unless you want to change specific settings (the standard configuration needed is pre-selected, HTL recommends leaving the selection as is)
- Click Download
Adjusting the Excel file
Each tab in the file corresponds to an SSP. The params that are needed for each one appear as columns, they will be used for the SSP to fill out the IDs.
You can adjust the file to:
- Remove any ad slots that will not need IDs form this SSP
- Remove any slots that don’t use programmatic
Uploading the IDs into HTL BID
Once the file has the IDs, there are two ways to add them to HTL BID:
- Manually add them to each Prebid Group
- Send the file to HTL BID for automatic upload
