Sizes can be added or removed for each slot at the device-level:
Configuration
Navigate to “Ad Configuration” > “Slot Setup” and expand a Slot
Use the “Sizes” field to add or remove sizes for each device
If CLS reservation was configured, double check the size reserved in the CLS drop down is still the desired one. If not, expand the drop down and select the new CLS size to reserve
